What freight company do you use?
Due to their size, value and weight, all televisions are shipped via specialist freight carriers. We have developed strong relationships with some of the most reputable freight companies in the U. S. to provide customers with the best service available for plasma, DLP and LCD TV shipping and delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and contact information for you to contact the freight carrier to discuss delivery.
Will they bring the television inside my house?
We offer two types of delivery options: curbside and inside delivery.
Inside Delivery
The inside delivery is fully insured and includes single-man, ground level lift gate delivery inside your front door or garage during normal business hours. (Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm). "Ground level" is typically considered to be three steps or less into your home.
Curbside
Curbside is also fully insured and would be at the curb of your house. (Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm).
Q: How long will it take to get my television?
We make every effort to process all orders within 24 hours of when the order was placed. Please allow 4-5 business days for your television to be delivered. Screens measuring 58 inches and larger will be shipped ground freight only due to their large size and delicate nature. Please allow 5-10 business days for these larger units to be delivered.
Where do you ship from?
The majority of televisions are shipped from Atlanta, GA. In some instances televisions may be shipped direct from manufactures warehouses located accross the United States.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Georgia Residents will be charged 8% sales tax. Orders shipped to any other state will not be charged sales tax.
