Our Plasma TV Extended Warranty plans cover all mechanical and electrical defects, even normal "wear and tear," and takes effect immediately when the manufacturer's warranty expires. VAC Service Corp will repair or replace your plasma TV with a comparable new unit, and offers 24-hour, 7-days-a-week customer service.

UNDERWRITTEN
VAC Service is fully insured and each dealer is issued their own policy, fully protecting the dealer and consumer from any financial loss on service plans--even if VAC Service goes out of business.
NON-CANCELLABLE
VAC Service cannot cancel a service agreement or plan at any time, protecting consumers who purchase plans in good faith for the specified term of coverage, and the dealer who has sold that plan in good faith to their customer.
NO BUY-OUT CLAUSE
At DTV City, we've entered a special agreement with VAC to ensure that your plasma TV will be replaced or repaired, no ifs, ands, or buts. Other warranty providers may "buy out" your contract on a pro-rated basis--and you lose money in the deal. At DTV City, you can rest assured that you'll get what you paid for.
GUARANTEED RENEWABLE
Consumers are guaranteed the right to re-new their service plans for 12-month coverage periods for as long as they wish to re-new them, allowing the customer to decide when they wish to stop covering a product and perhaps purchase a new one. For the dealer, this presents an opportunity to sell their customer a new product when the old product is obsolete or superseded in the marketplace by superior new equipment, and represents a fresh profit opportunity.
NO EXCLUSIONS
There are no exceptions or exclusions when it comes to parts. All parts are covered, making a VAC Service plan better than the manufacturer's warranty. Your service plan even pays for "nuisance" calls. Customers save money while obtaining more comprehensive coverage.
NO DEDUCTIBLES
Your VAC Service plan covers the full cost of repairing your covered product-100% parts and labor coverage, giving consumers the peace of mind and comfort of knowing that should their product require repair there is no cost to them at all, ever, for as long as coverage exists.
NO CEILING
There is no ceiling on trip charges for in-home service, again saving customers money if they happen to live a longer-than-usual distance from a repair center.

Flat Wall Mount
Flat Wall Mounts are the most common mounting option for Plasma TVs for home or business use. This option is the least expensive and allows the plasma monitor to remain closest to the wall, adding under 2 inches to the depth. It is used in the home living room or the company boardroom to achieve the sleek appearance for which plasma televisions have come to be known.
This flat wall mount bracket has a slimline design for an attractive and unobtrusive appearance. Flat wall mounts offer solutions for your "close to the wall" plasma mounting installations.
NOTE: You will need 16" to 20" clearance from the top of the wall plate to the ceiling in order to slide the plasma into the wall plate.

Tilt Wall Mount
Tilt mounting options are used when placing the plasma TV higher than the desired eye level. The user can pull the plasma monitor from 0°-15° from the wall and tilt the unit from between 15° to 20°, depending upon the brand. It is commonly used above fireplaces or for bedroom applications. It is also used for business to display the plasma in counter areas above head though it will normally have a ceiling mount option attached. The tilt wall mount adds from 4° to 6° inches to the overall depth of the plasma display when mounted.
NOTE: You will need 12" to 16" clearance from the top of the wall plate to the ceiling in order to slide the plasma into the wall plate.

Articulated Wall Mount
With three pivot points, this versatile wall mount allows the most flexibility in a plasma mount. When fully retracted, the screen sits almost flush against the wall, or the articulating arm can be extended to a maximum of 28" (71cm) from the wall. Several dedicated models are available to fit specific monitor makes and models. We are continually developing new dedicated plasma monitor mounts.
NOTE: Not recommended for aluminum-stud walls.
