DTV City offers a 30 day replacement warranty for defective plasma displays covered by manufacturers initial failure warranty policy. This covers almost any defect that cannot be repaired in home or office with simple troubleshooting or adjustment. Please simply contact a DTV City representative by phone at 404-352-0007 with a description of any problem you may be having and we will ship you a replacement unit while arranging for your existing defective unit to be picked up at no additional cost to you.
Due to some TV manufacturers' policies, DTVCity may require that you first contact the customer service department of the manufacturer and report the problem with your unit. This may result in a simple on-site repair or adjustment. In the event that the unit cannot be repaired on site, DTVCity will replace the defective unit with a new one from our warehouse and have the defective one brought back at no cost to the customer.
In most instances and with any major defects, the plasma, LCD, or DLP will be replaced.
