SmartMount Plasma Television Universal Flat Wall Mount
The SmartMount Universal Flat Wall Mount supports virtually any 32" to 63" flat panel screen. The ultra-slim wall plate keeps the screen close to the wall for a very discreet installation that is perfect for boardrooms, digital signage, or home theaters. The mount includes simple to align universal brackets and a unique wall plate that can be mounted to two wood studs up to 24" apart, or concrete. Includes a Sorted-For-You™ baffle pack with all screen hardware and security fasteners.

NOTE: YOU WILL NEED 16" to 20" CLEARANCE FROM THE TOP OF THE WALL PLATE TO THE CEILING SURFACE IN ORDER TO SLIDE THE PLASMA (IN LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION) INTO THE WALL PLATE.

Custom wall mounts are manufactured specifically for the model number of your plasma or LCD TV. This mount option contains a customized adaptor plate and screws and bolts that fits perfectly to the back of that particular model, which greatly facilitates with ease of installation.
Universal wall mounts are flexible and apply to all models within a size range. These mounts contain an assortment of screws and bolts and do not contain a model specific adaptor plate for the back of the plasma or LCD TV. They can be slightly more difficult to implement during the installation process.
Typically, it will take longer (approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour) to install the univeral wall mount.
Both of these mounting options are secure and DTV City gaurantees the mounts (that we sell) effectiveness in holding your flat screen TV to the wall. There are very inexpensive and non-effective mounting products in the marketplace so be sure to buy one from a reputable company that will gaurantee the products effectiveness.
